- 2020帶領葳格小學北屯校區教師團隊參加教育部中小學數位學習深耕計畫-國際組，全國嘉評。
- 2017起迄今，持續推動教育部因材網（教師適性教學輔助平臺），曾獲選實驗學校及研發中心學校，提升教師數位學習素養。2020適逢COVID19疫情停課，無縫銜接線上課程，全面啟動。榮獲臺中市推動數位科技教學有功獎勵。
- 2017年起連續多年，葳格小學蟬聯榮獲臺中市語文競賽團體第二名，鼓勵教師團隊參加本土語辯論賽榮獲臺中市教師組第三名、指導學生參加本土語、閩南語說故事等各項比賽第一名。
- 2011帶領教師團隊參賽榮獲教育部「教學卓越獎」數學領域優等獎。
- 2010~2012國際小學數學及科學奧林匹亞競賽:(International Mathematics and Science Olympiad for Primary School)小學數學及科學競賽，指導學生獲獎:數學組金牌、自然組金牌、銀牌獎。
